
The practice of Let Your Yoga Dance is where Joy & Fun meet Deep & Sacred. Yes, this translates via Zoom -- it does help if you have Speakers or Ear Buds so you can pump up the volume on your end. We will likely stretch, laugh, jump around, be choreographed, be silly, joyful, graceful, allow space for sorrow, excitement, spontaneity, and best of all COMMUNITY!  We'll have a fun movement practice that flows through the 7 chakras. We start slow, build up to a faster pace, and we'll end with integration, including a poem by Ganga's dear friend Deana Tavares.
Janie Ganga is inspired to offer this pop-up class as a space for the community at Stillness + Movement and The Mentor Sessions Sangha -- so you can let emotions move through, feel more connected to yourself, and also connected to the folks on the screen, all while supporting Heart Health, Brain Health, Body Health, & Soul Health!
Suggested: A scarf or flowing fabric piece, plenty of water on-hand, and be ready to move (or dance seated).
No previous dance or yoga experience needed. You can use your mat at the beginning and end if you'd like, but you'll be invited to use your whole space in between.
